We host fantastic cupcake decorating workshops for both adults and children available daytime and evenings.

For Adults
Looking for something different and tasty to do for your birthday, Hen party or get together with friends? Then let Essence of Cake host a cupcake decorating party at your home or our venue in SE25.

You'll learn lots of decorating techniques, have a great time and lots of fun whilst doing it!

We provide everything for your party, the aprons, cupcakes, buttercream/fondant, decorating tools and any extras that are needed for the day.

We have three packages available:

Payment
We accept payment by cash or al major credit and debit cards at our shop. Paying by card over the phone incurs a 2% booking fee.
​
A 50% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure your required date, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your booking date.
For Children
It's always fun to see children having fun, and they will do just that at one of our parties? For a hassle free birthday party or to mark an occasion, Essence of Cake can host a cupcake decorating party at your home or our venue in SE25.

The children will learn lots of new decorating skills that they will be able to use time and time again, and will have lots of fun too!
​
For a little extra fun, you can add 'baking' to your package, and the children can mix and bake the cupcakes they will be decorating!
​
We provide everything for your party, the aprons, cupcakes, buttercream/fondant, decorating tools and any extras that are needed for the day to ensure the children get involved and excited about baking ad cake decorating. Minimum age is 3. We are DBS checked.

You can also add a food bolt-on to the package which includes a choice of sandwiches, crisps, fruit and unlimited squash for just £5.00 per child.​ Extra time is added to the party to accommodate lunch.
